Asset Management Surveys
We provide this service to landlords who own significant numbers of properties — either individual freeholds and leaseholds or purpose built estates.
The service establishes:
- If the landlord already owns a piece of land (such as a grass verge, a parking or garage area etc) that could be utilized to provide new housing
- If an individual property has any other development potential — could an extension or basement/loft conversion be added?
- If the site of an estate as a whole constitutes an under development. Could remodeling significantly raise density and improve the environment?
- If individual units should be considered for disposal, either due to their being non-standard or geographically isolated
