Goldhawk Road
This was a site with an established planning history that had not yet been sold on by its owners — a development company. We identified the site as part of a sweep of an entire local authority area, contacted the owners, arranged meetings with them and our client and suggested a revised design (that was eventually accepted and successfully implemented by our client). The site now has a planning consent for an impressive mixed use scheme — any risk from the initial purchase of the has been offset by the commercial income generated from the existing ground floor let to Allied Carpets.
