Maida Vale
Part of our work has involved identifying properties that housing associations can buy or lease on behalf of local authorities that wish to provide better accommodation for homeless families and individuals who would otherwise be placed in bed and breakfast establishments. In 2003 we successfully found a block of flats in Maida Vale that were subsequently purchased by Octavia Housing & Care and then leased to the City of Westminster.
