A narrow difficult to develop (and difficult to notice!) site of the type that we specialize in finding. This is located in an extremely valuable area. We identified the land, established the ownership, arranged a meeting with our client and instructed architects to prepare a scheme. Terms were agreed with the owners and planning gained for a mixed tenure residential scheme.
