Three Rivers Housing Group
In 2008 and 2009 we examined the entire housing stock of Berwick-upon-Tweed Borough Council prior to its being transferred — following a successful ballot — to Three Rivers Housing Group.
Based on information supplied by the local authority and the client we provided:
- Full Title documentation
- A schedule of possible development sites within the stock due to be transferred
- A written appreciation of the stock and its characteristics
Following this work we were then asked to look at the existing stock of Three Rivers Housing Group (more than 3000 properties) spread across 18 local authorities in the North East.
Both pieces of work took 10-12 weeks to complete.
