Wellingborough Town Centre
In 2009 we were commissioned by Wellingborough Borough Council to provide them and a consortium of local housing associations (Wellingborough Homes, East Midlands HA and Guinness Midsummer) with detailed information on the ownership of all sites and properties within a specified area that either had a residential planning history or had a clear development potential. This exercise was completed in 8 weeks.
