Our experience shows that urban areas contain numerous playing field sites that are often in very poor condition. Some will be owned by local authorities but a great many will also be privately owned, by individuals or limited companies. Many of these owners will be hoping the land will be released for housing purposes at some point in the future.
We have carried out work — successfully — for schools, including the American School in London, who have asked us to locate additional playing fields or sports facilities.
